What you'll do:
- Review and process verification cases for new and existing merchants, ensuring their onboarding is completed accurately and on time
- Meet daily case targets while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Work closely with senior agents and quality assurance colleagues to learn the ropes and handle cases with growing confidence
